The US private credit deal rankings for Q2 26 are now live, with Audax returning to the top of the quarterly rankings for the first time since Q3 25. Its 62 deals are also the most 9fin has tracked from a single firm in a quarter since we started the league tables at the beginning of 2025.
We also welcome a new firm to the top of the LTM rankings, with Blackstone’s 200 US deals taking the top spot. Audax falls one spot to second as a result. Antares Capital, a top five mainstay over the last calendar year in our rankings, falls out of the top five for the first time since the list’s inception.
We’ll break down the key trends, lender strategies, and market dynamics in our upcoming quarterly US Private Credit Data Review (see the Q1 26 review here). Until then, you can explore the full lender rankings and see how deal flow is shaping up across the middle market.

Although deal counts include some confidentially submitted information not included in our database, you can find more information in our private credit screener.
