Kick off the summer season with the leveraged finance community — rooftop views, complimentary drinks, and the right crowd.

We’re inviting sellside and buyside professionals to join us for the start-of-summer edition of 9fin’s leveraged finance networking drinks.

We’ll be taking over a private section of Wagtail’s rooftop bar on Wednesday 20th May — one of London’s best spots to watch the city’s evening skyline. Expect complimentary drinks and canapés from 6:30pm, good conversation, and a relaxed atmosphere to wind down the first half of the year with.

9fin’s leveraged finance editorial and credit teams will be on hand too — so whether you want to catch up on market moves or chat through anything on your radar, it’s a great chance to connect.

Event details:

Date: Wednesday 20th May

Webinar Replay — Legal AI in the real world — transactions, restructuring, and litigation

What are the decisions lawyers and firms must make as AI creeps into live matters? In this webinar, 9fin’s senior attorney Anthony Park was joined by a panel of experts working at the forefront of legal AI: Jeffrey Mok, principal at Fish & Richardson, Matthew Mao, partner at Cleary Gottlieb, William Hao, partner at Alston & Bird, and Jake Weiner, lead legal engineering manager at Harvey. Together, they covered the changing nature of established assumptions about work product, intellectual property, and responsibility; what firms must consider when sensitive information enters AI-enabled workflows, the future structure of legal practice, and where the technology is demonstrating meaningful value across transactions, restructuring, and litigation — and where its limits remain.
